Inner Thigh Lipo: I have been focusing in toning inner thighs but not much change.

Overall I got a mini tummy tuck, lower, upper abs, and flanks liposuction. I also got my inner thighs lipo. This review/question is mainly for the inner thigh. Healing has not been great in this area. About two weeks in folds started created under the faja in this area. I asked my clinic if that was normal they said yes and it would fade away. However here I am, with these horrible folds and also you can see obnormalities down my inner thigh where the lipo was perform. I was hoping that once I had been done healing I would finally be able to wrar a bikini buy the way my inner thighs are looking that is far beyond my insecurity levels. Is there anyway I can "fix" this? More suergery? I have been working out since week 6 after my surgery. Pre-op weight was 245lbs and I am currently at 200lbs. I have been focusing in toning inner thighs but not much change.
I know everything is still too soon, just looking for guidance and I guess some hope, because I paid so much money for my dream body and to not be there is just dreadful.
