Terrible Results, Lack of Follow Up Care and Communication

I underwent a thigh lift, liposuction, Renuvion, and Aveli procedures with Dr. Kim Le at Exert Body Sculpt in April 2025. Following surgery, I developed fat necrosis and required a revision surgery in January 2026.
At my follow-up appointment on February 16, 2026, I was informed that Dr. Le had relocated to another practice. I expressed concerns about persistent fat necrosis, poor cosmetic results, and ongoing discomfort. I was advised to contact Dr. Le directly.
After multiple attempts, I finally connected with Dr. Le via FaceTime on March 24, 2026. During that consultation, she acknowledged significant unevenness in my skin following liposuction, discussed the remaining fat necrosis, and addressed painful swelling around my knees. She stated she would speak with her office manager regarding additional corrective treatment options, including ultrasonic cavitation and another Renuvion procedure.
Since that conversation, I have received no follow-up despite multiple emails and phone calls. I have also contacted her surgery coordinator requesting an appointment due to ongoing pain, swelling, and unresolved concerns. My communications have gone unanswered.
My disappointment is not solely related to the surgical outcome. What concerns me most is the lack of continuity of care, communication, and accountability after complications developed. Patients experiencing complications deserve access to their surgeon and appropriate follow-up care. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
