The before and after pics. I have been using arnica topical gel as well. The wait is long but I can't wait to see what my final measurements are. I think that once it is all said and done I'll have a 24 inch waist let's sees where we end up!

My doctor said I could stop using the compression on day 7. He said I could switch to spanx. What did your doctor say? I’ve always heard that you had to wear it for a few months.

whatever you do do not stop using your compression garment after 7 days you need to have a stage 1 and Stage 2 compression garment for at least the first month to get your best results. Look up online stage 1 and Stage 2 compression garment and measure your waist to make sure that you are getting a garment that is going to compress you down to the next stage so for me I'm at 29 so I wear a medium with my foam compression boards. I have gotten amazing results and a short amount of time so I would definitely recommend wearing your compression garments for the first month. So the minute you see that it is loose need to get another size down. I also get massages. Post-care really makes a huge difference

That’s what I’ve read everywhere so I’m confused as to why my dr told me I could stop wearing it. He is a very reputable plastic surgeon in my area. Another strange thing, I had very very minimal leaking of fluid and hardly any bruising and I’m fair skinned and bruise if you barely touch me.

Same with me, I had very little leakage and my Dr. Told me to just wear the compression garment for my comfort if I felt like I didnt need it any longer then it was ok to not wear it because ultimately our bodies are gonna do what it does.
