Compression is Key
There are so many ways to compress I wanted to share mine. I can compress down to a 25in waist! I have a full video on how I compress post op. I am currently post op 2 almost 3 months. There are a lot of ways to improve your results. I think compression and waist training is the best way.
Week Two
I literally have felt like 2 weeks has gone by so fast. I am down to getting 1 weekly massaged I have completed my 10 massages. I took so many supplements before my surgery and after my surgery that my recovery is going phenomenal. My massage therapist both of them I literally like are they can't believe them only two weeks post-op because my swelling of so minimal. I wear my compression garment about 22 hours a day. I sleep on my stomach now because I am starting to notice more of a definition in my abdominal area when I do. I also where am I foam boards, and my backboard along with my sideboard. make sure that you got all your supplements that you need and keep up with yourself massaging and professional lymphatic drainage

The before and after pics. I have been using arnica topical gel as well. The wait is long but I can't wait to see what my final measurements are. I think that once it is all said and done I'll have a 24 inch waist let's sees where we end up!
