360 lipo success!

Feeling pretty good about my results so far. I fly home in a few days. I have not been getting massages as frequently and have been walking more. I’m excited to be able to run again in a few weeks after all this laying around being stagnant. Plus these great results really inspire me to want to tone up everything else. To be honest I don’t notice any difference in my thighs or arms but the torso I love!

After my 3rd massage yesterday the woman giving it told me I was in a compression garment that wasn’t giving enough support. She helped me get one that was much tighter as well as put an ab board on. I felt so much better after the massage, drained some more and looked much less swollen. I don’t have another today since it’s Christmas but will be getting a 4th tomorrow.

Does anyone have experience with the ab boards? How many hours a day do you wear them and for how long?

Overall I am feeling much more mobile. Everything is less comfortable with the tighter garment and I’m a little worried the ab board is causing its own bruising. I pushed it a little hard and went to a Christmas celebration yesterday for about 5 hours and had chills for about 2 hours after. But today I feel much better and am getting used to the tighter compression.

I had my procedure yesterday. The first day of recovery was the worst but I’ve been draining a lot and am feeling much better today. I had my first drainage massage today as well. It was so painful but she said I drained a lot and everything looked good except for a small burn at one of the incision cites where she had to remove a stitch for me to drain. Overall I felt way better after the massage and even spent a good hours or so walking around the house.

I was told after the procedure that Dr. Ramirez removed 6 liters. Overall in seeing these photos I am ecstatic and so excited to see how everything settles over the next few months. I’ll ad a more detailed review of Professional Plastic Surgery and Dr. Ramirez later but I wanted to get these photos up since it was so helpful seeing the photos of others. So here are the before photos and photos taken about 24 hours post op right before my massage.
