I've had stubborn fat in my abdominal and chest areas that I could not work off due to injuries. Other plastic surgeons could not effectively remove these problem areas, but Dr. Ruff was able to entirely eliminate them with precision and skill, which left me in awe. Additionally, his bedside manner is magnificent - you can tell he genuinely cares about his patient's results and satisfaction.
