Liposuction stomach back and love handles

I'm 34 years old and been on a million diets and always been discouraged about my stomach area just always had one I carry a bulk in the area of the stomach and all I do is stare at it I go to the gym and I'm self conscious because of my stomach doing abs I think everyone is staring at me and looking at that area my goal is the have a flatter stomach and feel comfortable I love fashion and I would love to wear the outfits I want and feel amazing.

Its been a while that i have updated but i finally had the surgery done Friday January 12 in boston by Dr Delvecchio he was amazing and staff was awesome. So far so good obviously sore to be expected i feel the fluid going down. I have tightness, itchiness which i assume is normal. Been taking my medication every 4 hours cutting down on dosage instead of taking 2 now taking 1 1/2 hoping tomorrow go down to 1 and they extra strength Tylenol. Been at it with the antibiotics 4 times a day drinking a ton of fluids and already changed my garment twice every 24 hours hoping to take a quick shower tomorrow. I see dr Delvecchio Tuesday cant wait and nervous to see how I’m doing hope I’m doing everything I’m suppose and doing it right. Ive also been walking around my house and trying not to lay down so much it actually feels better to be up i also been icing as much as possible. I took a smooth lose tea tonight hope it works. Oh and i got my lovely menstrual cycle its light but having that in top of this is great ???? ill post pictures at some point too any suggestions or tips please feel free to let me know
