Did my Skin Removal Get Botches?

I am a 30 year old mother of 4!!! I had a procedure done at Sono Bello in Houston texas in August of 2018 in which I was botched. I had lipo on my hips, back , and stomach. Followed by excess skin removal... I am sharing my reddit with you in hopes that you can help my case get attention and potentially have the doctor fix what was terribly done. I do not have money for a new procedure and when I went back for a revision yesterday they tried to convince me that my results were great BUT now I need a tummy tuck. When I when I was told by the doctor that performed my procedure that I had no muscle damage so I DID NOT need tummy tuck. I would be forever thankful if you can maybe pass my story along to someone who might be able to help me. Thanks for your time
