The surgery outcome was terrible and post op care was even worse

The three surgeries I have had at the private clinic were not the best experiences I had in my life. This last time I had a consultation with Dr Moz . He said he would fix my lumps from a previous vaser lipo with Dr Wolf. The consultation was very fast (as usual ) but I felt reassured as all my details were in the hospital system, so the doctor had all the information he needed in order to successfully operate on me. I am sure he did not study my case. This is the last time I will use this clinic as the surgery outcome was terrible and post op immediate care was even worse. I got as freebie a huge painful scar on my back that will take years to disappear. I asked the doctor why I had that scar on my back and he told me it happened after the surgery when the nurses were dressing me and one of them had scratched my skin very badly, whilst I was still unconscious from anaesthesia . Dr Moz after seeing my after results gave me the contact of a very expensive clinic in Chelsea and said that they would help me with my fibrosis and irregularities. My experience at this hospital with some of the nurses were never good. They weren’t delicate and when I stayed over night at the previous surgery they were angry and moody when I asked for pain killers or needed their help to go to the toilet. One of the nurses was wearing a very strong perfume that made me ill through the night. The same nurse was so absent minded she allowed my drain cable to get caught by the bed lift. I hate myself for coming back to this clinic after all that bad experiences I had before. If I could go back in time, I would think clearer and take my time to find a better place that deserved my trust. Pictures are attached and they speak for themselves. Ps: the fibroses look horrible but beside that, they also hurt a lot.
