My stomach skin is so loose - should have done a full tummy tuck

Ok since I wrote I figured leave an update with pics so you guys see what I mean.
Boobs:
Completely uneven (one of them feels hard and I told him) I think my right boob just wants to be bigger because I did my boobs 10 years ago and this time was supposed to fix my nipple to even it out and as you can see in a year it grew back but whatever I guess that’s just how my boob is lol
Abs:
When I stand it looks great but when I sit or fold as you can see I have SOOO much skin he should’ve done a full tummy tuck which I told him and he disregarded my concern and said that everyone has loose skin and he’s scared to touch me again because I might not like my belly button (hello you’re a surgeon people are supposed to come to you for tummy tucks and you’re supposed to do them)
Butt:
Nothing ... a BBL did nothing for me as you can see my butt is the same. Like I said if you aren’t naturally a hourglass or pear shaped and/or you don’t have enough fat ... one round of bbl won’t do anything unless you get implants (and I’m not doing that... too many complications)
Oh and I got lipo in my arms I honestly feel just made my arms flabbier (and I workout still flabby)
JPLASMA: ladies save your money. I was advised not to do it but I was like no I want the full experience. That didn’t do anything andddd it fills you with bubbles. I had bubbles for like a month around my body... weirdest experience ever
Scar:
My scar is impeccable. Looks like a little line. I also heal very well, so each body is different

Ok so I had a guy friend that went to him and for lipo and that ab technique he does.
Well when my friend showed me his skin was so loose and I was kinda shocked the dr didn’t telll him to do a tummy tuck because he did have loose skin.

Im also a guy who got the same procedure done as your friend. I ended up with looser skin than before the surgery. Even with the Jplasma he recommended which cost me an extra 1000 dollars. The ab etching turned out great, i just hate the incision he left in the middle of my abdomen.

He did the same to me worst surgeon ever after I saw my body destroyed and told him about it all he did was sending me what I signed which means I can’t do anything about it with my lawyer

Hey guys,
Decided to leave a one year update for you guys.
So where do I begin.
Surgery and care was amazing that is uncompared and like I said in my last posts my nurse was amazing.
The surgery itself
After a year now I can really see the results. Mind you I work out daily and keep a very healthy lifestyle.
My scar: is veryyyy minimal I wear high rising bikinis and it’s soooo minimal I don’t mind the line that shows you can’t even tell in pics.
My stomach: my skin is SOOOO loose it’s even more loose than before. I explained this concern with DR Zuleta and that is the thing that has thrown me off he dismissed my concern. I got a mini tummy tuck (I had loose skin from a previous lipo) but now it’s sooo loose he should’ve done a full tummy tuck. When I stand my stomach looks amazing (natural abs) but when I sit it’s a whole different story
Butt: ladies if you are looking for those big BBL ... mine did not make a difference. Also Dr zuleta goes for the natural look so you won’t see much difference AT ALL. My butt is probably smaller now because I’ve lost weight
Boobs: I liked my old implants more. I did go bigger... but the overall feel of Motiva implants feel like balls in comparison to my old implants
So overall if you want a natural look Dr zuleta is the way to go... not for those curvaceous bodies (I also think to get that you need to 1. Already be curvy or 2. Get butt implants)

He is pricey and there is noooo discounts whatsoever (I tried) so before I got there I was quoted about $9000... Abs, bbl and new implants. When I got there he said I needed a mini tummy tuck (which like I said should’ve been full) so he charged me more, then he recommended I do Jplasma (my nurse said not to do it because it doesn’t make a difference but I was like no I want the full experience and I’m already here) so in total with fajas, nurse care and alllll the added Extras (like the pain bag which I highly recommend) I ended up paying about $14,000

Dang that is a little pricey but I like the way you look! I am also nervous about him giving me too little booty though....I don't want anything crazy but I also don't want it to look like he didn't do anything!!! I just booked a consultation with him and it was already $100 lol we'll see!! Thank you though that's really helpful.

Yea... like I said if you're looking for a big butt he's not the one to go to. He is known for his natural work and like I said unless you naturally have a curvy body (apple or hourglass shape) a bbl won't give you that, or unless you have enough fat to work with. I was advised to stop losing weight and that didn't help because my ass is gone

Similar thing happened to me. Before I arrived in Colombia dr Zuleta Bechara said I would need only lipo and j plasma. The other surgeons I consulted said I needed full tummy tuck and no j plasma (at half the price!). Only him and dr Hojos said I just needed lipo and j-plasma. I decided on Dr Carlos as he was really friendly, replied to my texts promptly and his staff were super helpful. When I arrived he said I needed mini tummy tuck (even though the loose skin was above my belly) with lipo and j plasma and the price increased. I didn't ask for a a bbl but he offered to put some fat if there was enough. I did ask for Jplasma to tighten skin also on legs, butt, arms and back. Surgery was very rushed as he is super busy. I was really inflamed after but aftercare was good with massages daily and staff and nurses are really lovely. Not much pain at all with the pain bomb (highly recommended).
Despite following all the aftercare instructions, massages and wearing fajas I got fibrosis and lose skin so my abs look weird: I have more abs definition but my skin is very loose above the belly and tight below, i have fibrosis and weird irregularities at the sides of the tummy tuck scar and he moved my belly button lower so not a "natural look" at all. The actual mini tummy tuck scar is low and healed very well but with light above the irregular skin doesn't look good. I'm too embarrassed to wear a bikini. The J-plasma didn't work for me on my belly, legs or butt, there is some improvement on the "love handles". I wish I just had a tummy tuck. Now it will be very complicated to have a revision due to the blood supply that was cut off during the mini tuck, the fibrosis and little fat left.
I think he is great at doing athletic definition lipo but if you have any loose skin above the belly get a full tummy tuck and don't waste money on j-plasma.

Your abs looks amazing, his work on and really beautiful and nit comparable to anyone. He offered me mini tummy tuck and jplasma as well, but i am wondering if you had Jplasma along with mini tummy tuck why your skin is still so loose? Jplasma suppose to tighten the skin, my only concern is also to be left out with loose skin afterwards :(
And my second concern is a flight back in overall it takes 20h hours to reach out to Colombia and how would it be possible to sit in plane for that much time after BBL?

Yea honestly I was told jplasma wouldn’t do anything and I still did because I wanted to make sure I got everything and STILL didn’t tighten skin. If your looking to get a mini tummy tuck I would say go FULL .. especially if your upper abdomen is loose which was my case because of my previous lipo. Also with sitting with the bbl I had no issues on the plane. I did stay about 10-12 days (don’t remember) after surgery

5 weeks POST surgery

Hey ladies! So it’s been 5 weeks since surgery and everyday I see my results more and more. I did 10 massages in Colombia and when I got back to the states I did another 7. I was planning on doing more but because of the Coronavirus situation everything closed down, so I literally ended up buying a little ultrasound portable machine and doing the massages myself at home. I was really serious about getting the best results from this surgery. I’m adding follow up pics and I am seriously so happy with my results. I know I’m still a little swollen and the real results won’t be seen for at least another month but so far this is great! BTW I can’t waittttt to start working out again!

Wow you look fantastic! I have been considering Dr. Carlos for a while now but I couldn't find any reviews of him outside of instagram! I'm glad you're posting your journey here. How was the tummy tuck scar? did he sew up any muscles or did he just remove excess skin? Also can you provide a breakdown of the cost? Many thanks! Can't wait to see what your final form looks like!

I did it literally right before Corona. Lockdown hit right when I was getting my massages
Again I had an amazing experience, surgery and aftercare were amazing. But for a WOW look at her body no he’s not the one (again I work out like crazy so after surgery I should be look at my body)
