I am incredibly happy with the outcome and the experience

My experience with the entire Ashbury clinic team was incredible. I came to Dr Chen for lipo revision after an unhappy result at another clinic. Dr Chen really took the time to listen to my concerns and provide realistic solutions. The ladies on the front counter kept in regular contact and were exceptionally helpful (and patient) while I asked questions back and forth on email. The day of my surgery I was actually excited as I knew I would have the same positive experience based on my interactions with the team leading up to. Again, Dr Chen kept me informed throughout the surgery, talking me through the steps and how I might feel etc Caitlin was the nurse on the day who made me feel at ease as soon as I was met with her warm smile. I left the clinic feeling great! And completely prepared for my recovery with no further questions. I am incredibly happy with the outcome and the experience with Dr Chen and the Ashbury team and would highly recommend them for anyone considering surgery!!!!
