So Far, So Good! Abundance of Info for Ya
So far, so good! I’m posting this about 12 hours post procedure, and haven’t even taken a look so far, but will keep you updated.
About ten years ago I had a revision that turned my stomach terrible from one of the “BEST” plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills. I was left disfigured. I’m confident in all other aspects of my life, I’m very active, etc, but for the past ten years I just don’t want to take off my shirt at the beach for very long (unless I’m laying down in a creative swimsuit that hides things, even being in shape), and honestly don’t want to take a top off during sex unless I’ve been drinking-my partner is super hot, too.
Anyways, I’m sick of being insecure, I’m sick of having this effect me in so many ways, especially if it’s something that can be improved upon, so after stalking Dr Khan’s work for two years I decided to go for it yesterday.
The harvesting of fat: it sucked. OUCH. The numbing was not something I enjoyed, to say the least. Ironic that numbing hurts, right? However, after the numbing I mostly didn’t feel anything, barring the breaking up of some deep scar tissue here and there. Had a snack, kept listing to music, went for the fat grafting. That was fine.
Right now (6AM), I’m good. The harvesting areas are sore like a big ol bruise, and one of the entry points feels like when a cat scratches you way too deep, but it’s definitely bearable!
As for Dr K- so sweet, so responsive, makes you feel insanely comfortable in an uncomfortable situation, almost like a good friend. She will hold your hand if you’re nervous, laugh and tell jokes/stories, and is a badass altogether. We will see if I have to go back in for some tweaks, and although I’d prefer to not have to, I totally don’t mind seeing her and hanging out. Lovely doctor!
Doing great!
Pretty impressive! Will update in a few weeks as things settle, but looking great and feeling great as well!

Swelling all gone!
I was going to start a cut and weightlifting, but I’m a little paranoid about losing the grafted fat cells, so I’ll have to wait to work out until after the reduction is healed (and schedule my follow up with dr K around then!)
I’ll update in a couple months. Thank you Dr. K! On my way to feeling comfortable enough to wear a tiny bikini! Ty!
