Face Liposuction Gone Wrong ?

Face Liposuction Gone Wrong ?

I am 35, and I had a face liposuction two days ago.
I did not like the extra fat I had in my high cheek bone.
I gained weight and it became worse. I liked my new body but not my face.
knowing that generally the cheek area is considered as very delicate and that the fat removal remains subtle, I asked 4 doctors about the procedure. One of them said that he is used to face liposuction and I saw videos of him performing it. So I trusted him.
Now, I am left with a depression in my cheek bone. I told him that I did not want the higher area of my cheek bone to be removed, since I was looking for a reduction of the fat of the middle of the zygomatic zone, close to the nose area.
I also have swelling and bruising under my lower eyelids. I told him I did not want any fat to be removed there.
When I sent him photos, he pretended that the result is normal and that the depression will not last.
I am planning to see him next week, 7 days post op.
But I am freaking out, and I am convinced that he took more fat than I wanted, and I m afraid I look older, and weird.
Can you help me please with your advices ? Do you think there would be a solution in case the intervention really did go wrong ? I am looking for a job and I need to do something about that as quickly as possible. Do you think I can resort to fillers in the meantime and what would be the risks of doing so ?
I am looking forward to your feedbacks.
PS : I uploaded photos: 1 of my cheeks before I gained weight, 3 others after I gained weight and before the liposuction, 4 others after the procedure. I hope you will be able to have an idea of the results.

You’re swollen. i wouldn’t panic. You literally get swelling everywhere after lipo. It’s not a gentle procedure .
Thank you, I ll post new pictures soon so you guys can have an idea.
Cheeks liposuction is not very common since people look for fat transfer to enhance the cheekbone area. I tried to find reviews about the procedure but all I could find was about chin liposuction.
Thank you again !
June
You’ve got to remain calm, it’s all very normal to be crazed with your initial results. You are very swollen still, especially after a very invasive procedure. You will be singing a different song in two-three weeks!! Healing hugs and vibes
Thanks a lot the good vibes ! Most of the swelling went down but I still have irregularities when I smile.
I am seeing the surgeon tomorrow and I will keep you posted.
Thank you again,
June
Hi June, anything new from your end? I am in the same situation. The surgeon told me not to worry about the depression and irregularities. Now after 7 months I still have them and I tried filler, but even that did not help. I am so devastated. Looking for a fat transfer now.
