Office review: they are refusing to give me my refund!

THE BEST U NOW AND/OR SJW ENTERPRISES LLC Located at 4101 S Hospital Dr #11, Plantation, FL 33317. I was booked with Dr. Goldberg for my procedure on June 17th according to the blogs and different resources, Dr. Goldberg was no longer employed at The Best U Now and they FAILED to notify me of this in a timely matter. I never received any email regarding this which is unacceptable, the communication sucks , finance sucks , I reached out to this facility several times and received no response. FINALLY a few weeks before my surgery I am notified that I will have to pick another doctor at their facilty, in which I refused because I booked with DR.GOLDBERG and thats who I wanted to do my procedure with. I decided to request a refund since BEST U NOW kept adding unwanted procedures to my quote in order for me to pay a higher a price.
Every time I asked for my price quote , they either wouldn’t respond or respond with a different procedure! So of course I wouldn’t feel safe having my surgery done somewhere that is adding a bbl to my procedure without my permission!
This is so unethical! NOW I AM SHORT $500 and they are refusing to give me my refund!
