I Need to Know

Is my surgeon unprofessional and unqualified for me? I had a breast augmentation revision and liposuction on my belly on March 2.After BA everything seemed fine but I had gotten stitches in the breast that needed removal, 2 weeks after they got removed by a nurse at the hospital where I had my surgery. Problems started to occur. Swelling, pain, drainage. But everything was fine they told me every time I called there. I called almost every day for about a week. Before they said I can come for a check-up. I came in and had wound dehiscence(left breast), surgeon closed the wound and told me to come back in three weeks.I was on antibiotics and penicillin, came back after three weeks and breast had to be removed (open wound.no infection) a week ago I got the stitches removed again and yesterday I see one sticking out and one stitch stuck deep in the skin. So why did he use these stitches? Should I file a complaint? I need to get these stitches out and a new round of antibiotics because it’s starting to be more pain and swelling. No fever. This is such a nightmare and I’m depressed and needed medication for the stress and anxiety from my doctor
