Still progressing!

All is well. I still feel slightly numb and itchy depending but mainly my lower back. Other than that no complaints. Overall recovery was easy! I’ll be back at 2 mos mark! I have my 6 week appt next week.

Getting back in the swing of things.
Enjoying the massages! They reduced swelling a lot. Also I have eased back into working out. I walked for 55 minutes today and over an hour on Saturday. Smooth sailing and loving results. I wore a spanx today. Getting tired of the faja. I have 3 more weeks but may wear compression longer. I have a waist belt I’m wearing also that I ordered off amazon and self massage at home. I’ve been busy with amazon!

This is my personal opinion nothing against you .. I’m happy you love it but in my experience I had a full body liposuction tummy tuck and a breast lift.. 7 years ago .. I paid $7000 in D.R .. did my research for two years On real self .com went with one of the top surgeons in D. R & all was included chef , fajas to wear , 24 nurse , transportation from airport to the recovery house and to doctores office & any where else I wanted to go too. medications all include . I was there for 20 day. I had 20 massage done before I went home .. and got checked once a week in the doctors office .and the doctor was great I spoke to him every day over the phone .. it was an amazing experience.. And the day before I went to the doctors office and next day went home . It was great .. I personally think that was too much for 1 procedure..but you love your results that’s all that matters . I’m going next year to Columbia to get liposuction 360 with abdominal marking& a breast lift and implants and I’m going to stay out there for 15 days and the same all included for $7000 all I’m buying is my flight like I did go to D.R. .. wear your faja because that makes all the difference In the world .. god bless food for thoughts xoxox

I did a review on my doctor here in the US. someone above did comment on their multiple surgeries over there.

Lymphatic massage was great! 2 week update.
So I had the massage and ladies I felt so loose as the day went on. Not as tight and saw a change in swelling. I didn’t post any pics because I wanted to post a 2 week update. I noticed my last pics I was small and then right after I blew up swelling wise. There is still a great deal of swelling especially on the right side but the massage helped so much. I will go bAck for another in a few days. I actually went walking today so overall a smooth recovery.
