Part 1 Sono Bello
In 20 the stairs in my apartments broke and I fell 20 feet through breaking my back in 2 places and 5 disks shattered. It took about 2 years to walk and 4 surgeries. Well, I gained a lot of weight due to not being able to work out so I came to Sono Bello. The ....cheap..affordable..solution... Well it wasn't cheap at all, but I said they results looked amazing let's go for it. Yesterday 2/17/25 I had my procedure. And let's start from the beginning when I showed up. The free consultation was awesome. I was going in thinking it was going to be around 5k but found out that's perfect area. So I paid I believe 12,600 and some change.. I was denied the credit. The crazest part and the first red flag is thst thdy charge u 2 different options of after care. 1 for 1800 and one for 800...abd im like wth...yall charging me for..aftercare..but i paid for the best..The front desk was awesome but the Dr I personally would say had the worst bedside manors I ever seen in my life. He's very cold as a person.(short answers and seems to hate his life) So come prep op day I was given instructions what I needed to do leading up to it and they did answer all questions I had.. They staff was awesome, real talk. Come procedure day I was given some pills to calm me but this is when it all goes wrong for me at least. The reason I give this a 1 star is because after going through it they should put people to sleep. It was so painful. The worst experience and pain even greater than my stair accident. I felt everything and made it known but the Dr was extremely rude and cold during the procedure. He was like that with his other helper in the room to. The only time I saw his personality and voice chang to a kind way was when an attractive nurse came into the room. It was like night and day. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE DUE TO THE PAIN AND HORRIBLE ATTITUDE OF THE DR
