Consultation review: overpriced and not the best experience

My treatment cost came to $39,512.50, even with a discount I don’t feel the price is appropriate. I found a specialized surgeon in the same area who offered the exact same procedure, hi def lipo with fat transfer and skin tightening, for $20,900. I consulted with the best doctors in the country and all but Emer had initial pricing ranged from $15k-$28k. My boyfriend is getting ab etching as well, his cost will be $26,500.That’s about the average price for male 6 pack lipo/fat grafting in the area. I can only imagine what Emer’s cost for him would have been. Consultation is $500. I wish I was able to buy Emer’s products with it because I think my money will be wasted. He does seem to be a great dermatologist.Emer’s staff was very unorganized, dropped calls where they didn’t call back, slow emails, and it was an overall struggle with them. A good surgeon is more important than administrative staff, but I didn’t get the procedure so I’m adding it in the review.His patient coordinator used an interesting strategy of daring me to check out other surgeons in the area, but then being rude when I said I would.
