WORTH IT
Dr William is iman excellent plastic surgeon, I got lipo 1 year ago and I must say I absolutely love my results. He is consistent with his results and what I love about him is his theory and his technique. He is able to put out the OGEE shape consistently and that's the reason I chose him. He is great at what he does, he is one of the best in his field. I would not have trusted anyone else. His results look so natural because he follows the natural curve (ogee) of your body. He is amazing and extremely skilled.

I am so happy you are happy! It is very cliche to say, but it's true--It's all about the shape. OGEE is natural.
Did you have a bbl done or just lipo? How was working with the office? Dr. Schwarz has great reviews but the practice has some questionable ones.
I can't speak to him as a surgeon, only the products he sells. Bottom line, it's just not possible to get useable products unless you are very lucky. There is no exchange policy. I was much smaller than expected post-surgery, so the unopened faja and fibroguard needed exchanging. But they don't allow that. You can' ask them to send you the right size and hold your card on file in case you fail to return an unopened item as promised, so they can charge you. And you dont want to buy another size while waiting because you can't get a refund. You have to mail back, wait up to 30 days for processing, then use merchant credit to buy the right size. In the hours and days just post-surgery that isn't possible! I had to buy elsewhere. At some point I may need a smaller size, which is when I would use the store credit. Or I'll buy just to re-sell. Another issue- after returning the faja, before the fibroguard return processed, it happened to be black friday. Their website offered free shipping, no caveats. So I thought GREAT! I'll at least get the fibroguard in a timeline I can use it! But the site charged be $18.35 shipping (also a scam- I costs under $12 to ship TO them for returns) and they refuse to refund it.

I watched his videos, and read up on his products. I really wanted to believe. So while he might be a great surgeon and educator, please do not buy his products unless you are already post-surgery (in which case it's probably too late) or hope to be really lucky, guessing what size you will end up.
