How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

POD 1; More to Come
I spent a lot of hours/days/weeks/months comparing the different types of liposuction available to me, as well as the providers who performed them. Prior to my going on any consults, I had actually made a soft decision on Dr. Connie Heirs, and after meeting with all the different providers, my decision was confirmed and I booked before even ever leaving the office.
Consultation: I had a huge list of questions that I was asking all of the providers. During Dr. Heirs' description of the procedure and aftercare, I actually had one single solo question left that she hadn't answered, which had to do with flying since I had a trip planned in less than two months.
Pre-Op: Since I have a minor cardiac dysrhythmia, Dr. Heirs required my PCP to perform an EKG, and submit a letter of medical clearance. I have had two major procedures before, neither of which had requested this information; so I was quite impressed with her diligence. When it came to the actual liposuction pre-op, Dr. Heirs again when through the entire process, gave me almost all of the day-of medications, called in the remaining medications, has a lab slip ready for me, and sent to the lab just two buildings down, thus no waiting and no extra costs incurred since they had a standing account with them. They also measured me for my post-op compression garment that I would receive the day of the procedure.
