WORTH IT
I stay in pretty good shape but through the aging process (and some laziness on my own part) I was stuck with some stubborn love handles. I spoke with Dr. Kumbla and after the consultation quickly booked the procedure. I was awake for the lipo and the feeling was more interesting than painful (some parts actually tickled a little. It was a very neat experience) and the soreness didn't last very long. We are now 6 months post procedure and everything seems long past being healed, shaped well, and my small incision sites are almost faded away. The whole thing was easy and I would have no fear of doing it again.

Not only did I not do anything to minimize the scarring, I was a bad patient and went back to doing physical labor before I was advised to and that slowed my healing process. Dr. Kumbla explained the importance of adhering to the program and I did as advised from there on out. After that, everything turned out well. (In spite of me not initially following directions.)
