Age 34, liposuction of lower & upper abdomen, hips, mid back & bra roll

Feeling good. Still burns. Still prefer to be in compression. I have 3 fajas from Amazon I’m rotating. An ab board.. I use the foams less.

Definitely swell every night. Heat makes me swell too. Feeling lots of swelling in my back this go around. Even though I’m swelling- still can see a big difference.

Still massaging in the morning, wearing compression, limiting salt, drinking water.

You can see where the bruises are turning yellow. Still lots of swelling. Where the boards or foams are leave intentions so I try moving them around here and there.

Swelling and bruising continues to work it’s way down with gravity. Nothing done to my legs, but bruising still ran down my legs and stayed in the soft tissue there for awhile.
Pubis continues to swell and bruise, but much better.
Really hard to find good compression for back and bra areas- it’s creating lumps and bumps. Going to order compression short sleeve top to get to those areas.
Using lymphatic massage oil and massaging lumps and bumps myself every morning and it works great.
Took my kids to an indoor water park and hotel & took my kid all around town for their birthday & even though there was swelling and a bit of stinging- it was all manageable.
