Liposuction - 2 liters

I loved it at first. But it seems each day that passes and the swelling goes down, I can see all the imperfections. My right side was missed . There is the same amount of fat on my upper rib that was there before lipo. I just want to cry right now. Obviously there is less fat than before overall, but it’s so uneven. At 3 weeks out I was expecting it to look much better, especially since I know swelling has gone down substantially. I went from a size medium compression garment to a size xs. I’ve been wearing them religiously. I don’t know why I look so bad. There is lo a big “knot” or “lump” or “ball” looking thing on the left upper side of stomach that won’t go away even though I’ve been massaging it like crazy. Super bummed man. Really don’t want to go through this again.

Now that swelling has gone down, I have noticed that a big spot was missed on my upper abs right abs. No this is not swelling. I can grab a handful of fat on my right side but not my left. Bummed because I really just wanted this gone. Hate that it’s uneven.
