1 1/2 years with new legs!

WORTH IT$13,001
Officially 1 1/2 years with my new calves! Nothing has changed and I am still SO in love with my legs! It’s crazy how new calves have completely changed my body shape. The ONLY downside to this is that now that I don’t fixate on my calves anymore, I’m fixating on my hips and dream of getting lipo on them. I do think Lipedema has given me body dysmorphia and it’s something I struggle with daily.
I unfortunately do occasionally get heaviness and soreness in my lower legs. I do believe I have an underlying circulation or vein issue that needs to be addressed.
I think my scars have healed quite nicely. Looking at photos from just 6 months ago they have improved since then!
If you are hesitant about going to Dr. Su - I can assure you that you’re in great hands and this will change your life :-)

He did a great job! I have done a ton of stuff there as well but another physician. It can be very addicting
Wow!! Your results look incredible! Did you have a lipedema diagnosis?
Yes I did I was diagnosed with stage 1
Did you have heaviness and soreness in your lower legs & calves before the surgery?? Do you still have to wear compression stockings? Your legs are literally *inspiring*.

Almost 7 months post op!

I am still so thankful and happy that I was able to do this! I truly mean that this has changed my life, the way I view my own body, and my confidence by 1,000%!
I still do have some occasional swelling, and some deep knots in some areas. Since I have/had Lipedema, I went into this fully knowing that it could possibly take me close to a year to fully heal.
Dr. Su has been amazing, and will still always answering my questions and concerns that I have. Go with Dr. Su, you will not regret it and this will change your life!

Seriously, you look amazing! Thank you so much for sharing your journey!
Thank you so much for your kind words, I am happy to share!
I've said it and I will s'y it again: your results are amazing! So happy for you! Thank you so much for the update as this is very important for us here, on the verge of jumping into the process. I called the clinic and I got an estimate by Dr Su. Very happy. I'm just requesting an estimate for my calves as well. This makes me wonder if, by any chance, you know what's the minimum fat necessary to be able have calves lipo? I'm asking you since you was slim before i but you was able to see results after the procedure. Anyhow, enjoy your legs ;) and thanks for keeping us posted. Kiss xx
Thank you so much! So excited for you to take the next steps to getting your procedure as well! :-) I am not sure if there is a minimum, or what it might be. I do remember though that I had close to 4L of fat removed though which is crazy. There was a lot more there than I imagined!
Hey Ferrairi: Check your in box. I sent you a private message.
Your legs looked beautiful in the before picture and I honestly didn't see anything wrong. However, I know we're all so self-critical of ourselves. But I'm very shocked that your after pics are even better!!!! I can definitely see a huge difference and your legs look phenomenal. I'm thinking about going to Dr. Su for my arms, so thank you for your review.
You are so sweet thank you so much! Hope you can accomplish the results you want in your arms! You would definitely be in great hands with him
Thank you for our answer @Ferrarifeast!

10 weeks post op

I feel like as time goes on the swelling goes down ever so slightly. Only issue I have now is that my ankles and calves are so small, and the widest part of my body is my hips. Needless to say I have body dysmorphia and feel like I need lipo on my saddle bags now, but that is NOT going to happen lol.
I workout 5 days a week without my compressions, but by the end of my workout my ankles feel puffy, heavy, and a bit tingly. I know I should probably wear them for my workouts, but it’s just SO much easier to move with only leggings on and not leggings on top of compressions.
Overall, I love these calves of mine so much and I’m so grateful I was able to do this!!!

Omg you have princess diana legs now!!! What kind of workouts do you do?! You look insane!
Omg that's the best compliment ever you are too kind! I do spin classes 2-3 days a week and then weight training 3-4 days a week. I'm really trying to work off this hip fat but I'm starting to think it could be Lipedema as well ugh lol
You look like a super model! Amazing!
You are so kind!
You look great! It’s truly amazing how much the ankle lipo makes such a difference! You motivated me to get back to working out
It really is crazy how my body just feels so much different now... normal! Lol!
I bought some compression yoga pants. They are not as firm feeling as the compression stockings and works more for knee area, but you might want to give them a try. Lululemon sells a pair that is compression, they are pricey. There are other options out there too!
I've got a lot of compression yoga pants from before surgery that used to be sooo hard to get over the calves. Lol. Easier to put on now, but nothing feels quite as nice as the compressions! Today I actually decided to try and go a full day without them and I know my ankles are puffy, but it feels nice to let them breathe a bit. Even spent an hour on the treadmill without them!
You look amazing! Your legs are perfect and my dream legs (slim, defined, fat free..).Whatever you call your "saddle bags" I believe men will call "your felinity". He are women and storing fat around the hips, tights and breasts it's what make us different from men (they store fat on the belly and generally are skinny where we are not) and it's what attracts men to us.( yep, this little booty fat is what they like). So don't get rid of what makes you femme and you. Ps: I am very critic about my body even though I run 5-7x/week and my friends compliment my body or actually criticize me when I get too skinny- (even I'm not) . Sooo, just accept your uniqueness and how beautiful you are. (Self talk here). I'm sooo happy for your results. Again, you look amazing xx
Wow you are truly so sweet and kind for your comment... thank you! I know it is all mental, obviously it is for you as well! It's something I know I need to work on, and sometimes the mental stuff is the hardest to overcome. We need more self love and empowering each other. Again, thank you for your kind words. You really made my week!!
