Lipo 360 - I had liposuction to the abdomen, upper and lower back

Just hit the 3 week mark! The swelling has gone down a lot but still feel quite a bit in my upper back and hip area. I can see a very dramatic improvement in my figure. I went back to the gym after 2 weeks, but started easy amd I plan to go full on at 4 weeks and can’t wait! Each day I’m feeling a bit better. I have managed to keep the procedure a secret from all but my husband. Even my teenage kids have no idea. People have definitely noticed, though and I just say I’ve lost weight. My doctor removed 2.5 liters of fat which is only about 4 or 5 pounds but it has so far made an incredible difference. I feel so lucky to have been able to do this! I have hated my backside forever.

I had liposuction to the abdomen, upper and lower back. My main issue was my lower back/love handle area. I can never get rid of it and it makes clothes shopping irritating. I decided to peruse lipo. It was extremely scary to undergo the anesthesia and worry about the recovery or something going wrong. But I did it. It’s no joke! I was extremely sore for 8 days but managed to not miss work (got it done on my day off and went back on day 3).I’m getting around better now but definitely still very numb and tender. It’s gonna be a long road, but I knew that going in. I was 145 lbs before and weigh 142 now on day 9. Doctor took 2.5 liters of fat. I’m very bruised and swollen but I think I can see a very nice improvement so far. I didn’t tell anyone besides my husband that I was having it done. I debated getting bbl, but really didn’t want a larger butt although I would like it shaped a little rounder but with added risk and added recovery I chose against it.
