I flew from wa state to Miami for cost purposes. I would do it all over again. I have previously had a tummy tuck in 2016 by a Dr and I was not pleased with the results. Dr Palladino is so much better then I even imagined. I only saw him for 3 min before surgery where he marked me up and 5 min on my last check up date. But his work has changed my life. I can fit in my outfits beautifully. Confidence is up and it shows even in my marriage. Mia asthetcs is awful, they treat you like crap and you are just a number. I have never been treated so poorly by staff in my life like these women treated me. But you figure there are like 20 women a day getting surgery there, and you are just another number. They say they treat you like family, bs!! From the front desk to the lady who shoves that needle in your arm to the recovery lady who gets mad because your cold they are just despicable. There are a few diamonds in the ruff. The male anesthesiologist ,the olderwoman who does the drainage massages, and the amazing doctor. I would do it again. Just bring extra pain meds and a blanket for comfort and warmth. It's an ice box in this facility and you have no clothes on. On a personal note, I stayed at a beautiful hotel in coral gables with my husband. Try not to stay at the recovery house, they have horror story's all there own.. Felt so sorry for those women that wait hrs and hrs just for a ride back and forth to appointments. They are rude enough through surgery, it sucks to have to be treated rude when you get picked up to. But dang your body looks awesome after Palladino. Beauty is pain I guess

Well I'm 7 months post and while i still love my results. I noticed I have irregular fat on my backbut I think it's cause of the extra skin I have left. I had a tummy tuck in 2016 and my stomach and sides look amazing. Also I noticed I still have red lines on my sides and love handles.. I know he went to down on my waist. I absultly love my results, my inner thighs don't touch and my waist is so tiny it makes my booty pop..love my shape.. Next will be a breast lift..

I am very interested in liposuction to the inner thigh. I did not see any shots of the inner thigh. How much can be removed and what is involved in the healing process?

It all gets removed. Now when I stand with my legs together they don't touch and rub.. I love it!! since there was so much fat removed I can tell there is extra skin on the inside but only I notice.. The way my shorts for us great, no more riding. It hurt worse then the lipo 360 though.. Very tender..

Maybe I can help a bit. I had the equivalent of about a pound of fat removed (via the tumescent method) from each of my inner thighs and knee area about two months ago. Not a tremendous amount of fat, but I am a relatively small person overall. I found the recovery to be remarkably easy. Very little pain post-procedure (I think I took two Advil the day after and that was it. No narcotics were necessary.) Was somewhat sore and bruised for about two weeks, but it looked worse than it felt. I wore the compression garment religiously for about a month. I really feel it helped lessen the sore feeling and also kept everything in place nicely. Although X amount of fat is removed by liposuction, I've heard many folks say that they experienced greater laxity in the skin afterward. This was not the case with me. My inner thighs/knees are smaller AND tighter. (Moreso the thighs than the knees - but it I hear the knees take longer to shrink/heal completely.) I believe the compression garment definitely helped with the tightening effect. Very happy with the results. Dr Andres Bonelli in Safety Harbor did it. Nice guy and given my great results and glitch-free recovery - he definitely seems to know his stuff. (He specializes in tumescent lipo.) Worst part was the three day drainage of fluid, just because it's yucky. Cost was about $1800.

Thank you so much for your in depth description. Had knees done last year and they did take a while to deflate. My Dr. Did not want to do inner thighs because he said the skin would hang. I still want to try it. I mean, which is worse?

I agree and they can always make a little incision at the crease of your leg at the top and pull skin tight.. That's what I may do someday as I age further. But yeah defiantly recommend.

Thanks again for being so generous with the information. It is not often you get someone so forthcoming and it means so much to me. Now I can go back in armed with information or seek another Dr.
