Lipo 360 OR Lipo 360 + BBL
So I am really torn about what I should do. I have been contemplating getting lipo for close to a year now and almost ready to pull the trigger. I have lost 15lbs and about 10lbs away from where I want to be before I get the procedure. I now live in NYC, I just moved from Kansas City. So I have been looking primarily in NYC. I have had multiple consultations. So far this is what I have been quoted:
(1) Surgeon in KC (I can't recall their name - Traditional Lipo for abdomen and flank areas - $7,600 (This was with a surgeon in Kansas CIty MO last year in 2020)
(2) Sono Bello - SmartLipo for upper/lower abdomen and flank areas - Around $7,000 I think. They were running a promotion in November and would have been $4,200 if I had booked back then.
(3) Med Spa - SmartLipo abdomen and flank areas - $5,000
(4) Shafer Clinic Fifth Avenue - Laser Lipo for the abdomen and flank areas - Around $9,000, I think or maybe it was $8,000
(5) Neinstein Plastic Surgery - Abdomen and Waist 360 with Skin Only / Tummy Tuck and Umbo Transposition - $19,085
So after speaking with the surgeon at Neinsein, I really think his recommendation of the mini-tummy tuck and lipo, I think that plan is the best. I don't want to have loose skin afterward. The consultation went really well, but unfortunately $19K is well outside of my budget. I am trying not to spend more than $10K-$12K. My dilemma is, now that I have kind of mentally come around to the idea of doing more than just lipo, I have started looking at BBL. I am just very torn on what I should do. I would appreciate any suggestions people have. Should I just stick with my original plan of Lipo, or should I do the Lipo360+Tuck, or Lipo360+BBL. I know these options have very different outcomes, but I just want to hear some other opinions. Below are my stats.

- 195lbs
- No kids
- 32 years old
- Looking for a skinner's stomach and a more contoured figure.
