As for after care my first week of post op i had antibiotics and a massage everyday. 2nd week until now 2-3 massages a weeks done professionally but i massage myself in the shower twice a day. For swelling you want to order a back board, ab board and a minimum 2 lipo foams bcuz jolie gives you 1. A foam goes on each side and one on ur abdomen and then you place your board ontop and if you need compressed for ur lower abdomen i folded a chuck pad into a triangle and laid it into of my fupa swelling. Then youll just zip the faja up. It should be tight enough to keep you compressed. When ur faja gets loose it wont provide compression and you will keep swelling and youll start to notice lumps so ull need to have it altered tighter. If your faja is loose around 3/4 weeks and youre waiting for a stage 2 faja or ur altered faja u can put a waist trainer around ur old faja to add compression but make sure ur foams and boards are in or youll just swell pretty bad.
