So i read online skin should start tightening back from around 3-6 months. Mine is pretty stretchy now tht my swelling is really minimum. Im extra snatched but i can pull my skin. Im 1 week away from bein 3 months

This is a Pic i photoshopped before surgery for how i wanted my body to look. 8 weeks post op for the shape dr valladares delivered. No fat transfer only lipo 360. Was somewhat bloated in this picture from my period. I am uploading a video a week after this to show how my body looks after 9 weeks

I would get cavitation massages and use the fascia blaster. I get my massages with Angelica.therapy on IG and she is in the same shopping Center as Jolie Plastic Surgery in Miami. She is really good. I had mine about 1 month ago and have received a massage every day and yes it is expensive but if you came this far, then you gotta stick the extra mile.

9 week po update
So 9 weeks after surgery i still have pain. Tightness only comes after sleeping without my faja or sitting still. My skin somewhat gets a firey sensation where its like someone has a flame to my skin. I wear my faja majority of the time but some days i wear an ab binder and a waist trainer. My energy is extraaaaa low still and my sleep pattern is thrown off. Noone really talks about the little things that change after surgery. From bein n pain and sleeping all day and taking 2 months off work it’s almost like im having to retrain myself to know which hours are for sleeping and which I should b awake.
