Im at 5weeks 4 days today and im loving the results, still wearing my waist trainers but the past couple days i havent been wearing the faja with the foam i wear the board sometimes. Im a little soar on my sides from the waist trainer.

I went to Cgc surgery and did lipo 360 OCT 15. After i woke up i was dressed and rolled out to the car and was told to lay on my stomach. I was a bit confused on why i had to lay on my stomach if i didnt do BBL. so i had questions after i left, didnt know why my throat was bothering me or how i suppose to sleep. I got the sleeping answer from someone on cgc instagram page. I didnt take any pain medication i didnt feel i needed it. I was up and walking around like nothing. I had lots of inflammation so i couldn’t really see results,i told arica tablets for it. I got massages and drained the day after surgery and 6 more times day after that. They said to wear a waist trainer on top of the faja. At 4 weeks i started back more massages. My swelling went down some and I definitely see results!

How long do you stay swollen after lipo? Comparing your after pic to the wish pic it looks like your still swollen? For what I understand the massages should help with that correct? Thanks for sharing your journey with us on RS! Some days I think about lipo but heard it hurts really bad! Take care.

Im almost 5 weeks and still swollen but the masseuse was telling me my things wasnt tight enough thats why its still swollen. But they said up to 6 weeks you can still be swollen. And your salt and sugar intake slows it from going down

He was really nice on my bedside holding my hand making me comfortable, talking, making jokes. The only thing is i dont have any information about like how much fat he took out or anything, we didnt talk about the procedure before or after. Probably my fault because i was so calm and quiet trying to keep my blood pressure down, that i wasn’t aggressive with questions. I did ask a question right b4 i fell asleep, didnt get a answer.( how do i sleep afterwards) was my question
