I'm not very good with pain either but we're getting through this together. Don't be me Mrs. headstrong and stop the pain killers (my doc yelled at me to get back on them) We just have to focus on our end results! Today is week 1 for me and I feel MUCH BETTER. I have scoliosis and spinal stenosis making it harder to feel comfortable since my back hurts so much more because I'm not laying on my back. If I can go through this, you can go through it. We got this!
