I realized I never did measurements after my procedure.

Each ankle is down 1.25”

Middle of knee is down almost TWO inches!

Top of calf down 1”

Never could I have achieved this with exercise! Even much thinner my knees and ankles always looked swollen and fat.

one year later the breast are still full even after weight loss. My lower legs look great and I don’t notice the scars too much. Prior to the surgery I could not even see a hint of my Achilles tendon. Now I can. Also notice how the upper-inner calf goes IN right below the knee! I’ve never had that no matter how much I worked out!

Here are photos after 10 weeks. After one year breasts look pretty similar. I would say retained most of the transferred fat. Probably about 70%.
Legs are still looking great. I do still wear ankle compression sleeves, but that’s not Dr Gruber fault since I’ve worn them for the last 30 years.
