All over body liposuction & labiaplasty - 3 sizes down, phenomenal experience!

Overall i had an amazing experience with Dr. Yesiladeli and am happy and healthy. 4 stars because the result is not perfect as i thought it would be. I’m 3+ months post op and my right labia is still longer than the left. It was always more swollen than the left one but it’s been this size for awhile now so i feel like the swelling is done and they’re uneven. I expected them to be the same size since they were done cosmetically which was disappointing, but as you can see, the result is much better than the before picture so i can’t complain overall! Just wished they were even

I got a labiaplasty and a clitoral hood reduction. Sometimes i don’t really notice too much of a difference on the clitoral hood (visually), but i can feel the difference (a bit more sensitive to touch). You can’t even tell there was scarring or stitches which is amazing. Pricing wise - it was the same cost as America, however, I was getting other surgeries as well so I got a combination discount that made the surgeries cheaper than the US. But if i were just doing the labiplasty alone without the combo surgeries, I would’ve done it in the US since the price was the same The surgery was not painful at all. 1/10 on the pain scale. Urination didn’t hurt. On day 6, I don’t know if i broke a stitch or what.. But there was one spot that was bleeding a lot. I was scared because it was the night before my flight home (9 hours to the USA), which was terrible timing to have an issue. But it clotted up quickly and i didn’t have the issue again. My right labia was so swollen the first week, it looked like i just had 1 giant labia. It was kind of comical, but i didn’t freak out because i knew it was just swelling. I haven’t had sex with someone yet since the surgery, but I’m very excited to with my new confidence! 10/10 recommend a labiaplasty to anyone considering it. All vaginas are beautiful, but you have a right to do what you want with your body, and i have to say i’m so incredibly happy with mine now!

Amazing experience with all over body liposuction! Dr Yesiladeli was very realistic with my expectations. I was aware that I would not have “Instagram Model” results, which was okay because I just wanted a natural looking body. I didn’t want a BBL since I already have a decent butt and big hips, so i just wanted lipo contouring to get rid of my hip dips. He was honest about what parts of my body would have best results (arms, chin, waist) and what parts might have some looser skin (lower belly, inner thigh). His realistic expectations were spot on with my results so it was nice i had no surprises. They said i only needed to wear lipo foams for a few days and my garment for a few weeks, but i actually wore both for 3 full months per my internet research and i had great results from it. I had 6 lymphatic drainage massages and had great results from those as well. I had significant scar tissue in my thighs, arms, and lower back that she was able to get rid of. I had nearly no swelling / bruising / scar tissue in my stomach. She said that people who got stomach lipo didn’t have results like mine as early as i did and that it meant i had a wonderfully skilled surgeon. My thighs and arms bruised like crazy (i’m talking purple and black) but my stomach, back and chin had no bruising at all. I actually never even felt pain in my stomach or back, just in my arms and legs

I did liposuction on my chin/jowl, outer arms, inner and outer thighs, stomach, hips, and back. They took out a significant amount of fat, so I had 2 overnight stays. I knew i made the right decision in choosing them when on day 2 near my discharge time, I expressed concern about going back by myself, and they let me stay 1 more night. Their care and concern for my health was above and beyond.

I told myself in order to heal fast i needed to be up and moving and drinking water as much as possible. I drank 6 water bottles a day and was up and moving within 30 minutes of surgery, and every couple hours made sure i was up and moving around my room or floor. I’m telling you this made all the difference in the world. Dr Yesiladeli and the nurses said they were amazed at how mobile I was so soon after surgery. The nurses that tried to undress me at my follow up were shocked at how easily i undressed myself. Truly I think staying hydrated and moving around so much made all the difference. I was sore for a week or two, but I was never in real pain outside of the first day

My only complaint was that I didn’t like how i had open drain tubes. I was leaking everywhere and felt disgusting. With tummy tucks, they usually have little pouches to catch the bloody fluid from the drain tubes. But i never had those pouches for my drain tubes, so i was just leaking bloody fluids everywhere for 2-3 days. It smelled disgusting and was startling to see. I felt gross just sitting in my own bloody smelly fluid for days. When i was doing my laps around the hallway for mobility, i was leaking all over the floors. This was just something that i personally hated, but not something that was necessarily wrong

I love my results. I have a great thigh gap now, a strong jawline, and my hip dips are nearly gone. I went from a size 14-16 to a size 8-10 and my confidence has sky rocketed.

My patient coordinator, Elena, was so amazing. She truly cared about me and helped calm my nerves. My sales coordinator, Onur, was also amazing. It was my first time leaving the country (a 9 hour flight from the US) and he really helped me feel calm and prepared. Some of the nurses weren’t all that great with English, but I never had an issue with it because we were able to figure it out through pointing (like at my water glass) or by bringing in an English speaking nurse. I woke up from surgery shaking rapidly from being cold (normal) and was throwing up my dinner (normal from anesthesia) and they took such good care of me and were so sweet. I cannot recommend them enough. I truly was so cared for. Even the drivers were very nice and helpful. The hotel was super nice and had the most amazing breakfast buffet i’ve ever seen at any restaurant. The room service was good too.

I did all over body liposuction + a labiaplasty so i got a combined discount and it was easily half of what it would have cost in America while also being 5x better care / results i would’ve gotten in America. In the US, they only would’ve taken out half the liters of fat because they wouldn’t want me to have a hospital stay. They just wake you up from surgery and send you on your way. To pay half the price, have better results, and better care — you truly can’t beat that. I would absolutely go to Dr Yesiladeli again (and i might someday for a breast augmentation) and will always recommend him to anyone interested
