Kind and Thorough

Everyone was so kind and took so much time to chat with me and make me feel at ease. They did this even before I booked a consult and while I was still just gaining information. They rearranged the schedule and kept me informed. They did not sugarcoat anything, but also explained things in a kind way. They really took my goals and lifestyle into consideration.
