Just okay....

I received lipo back in January. My results aren't awful BUT he didn't lipo all of my flanks that I paid for. I sent pics and was told that my soft fat is my bone. This is a huge stretch to say it's bone. Nobody can believe the response saying that. I went into surgery with the goal of no longer having a muffin top and left with the same exact muffin top hanging out of my shorts. I'm happy with the rest of my upper body that he did but I wish I got everything that I paid for. I also wish they cared about working with someone who didn't get what they paid for. Outside of that, the staff were amazing (excluding the one who says fat is bone). The Dr had a great bedside manner and was really nice. Tamika at the recovery house is absolutely one of the most wonderful people I've ever met. She truly is an asset to the team and wow can she cook.
If my flanks were completed as paid for or this situation was at least fixed, I would have left 5 stars.
