August 2021: lipo and j-plasma of the flanks, armpits and chest

I saw Dr. Bazell in August of 2021 for lipo and j plasma of the flanks, armpits and chest. At that time I had already lost a lot of weight and was fairly thin but had stubborn areas of loose skin and fat in those areas. Dr. Bazell and his entire staff are so accommodating and friendly and I always felt at ease. The procedure itself was pain free and I even fell asleep for a while after only taking the Ativan they give you beforehand. To be completely honest though, I completely underestimated the recovery aspect of it. I've had 5 previous surgeries including my appendix, tonsils and hernia surgeries. This was bar far the worst pain wise and I don't think I was prepared enough for it. It really caught me off guard but I also bruise very very easily so this contributed to the swelling and pain.

In the end though,I would do it 100 times over. My results absolutely blew away my expectations and the areas I had done I can't even pinch the skin because it is so flat. I can see my rib cage which was a wow moment for me as I haven't been this lean since I was a kid.

Now I'm having a full tummy tuck in 2 days (March 16th 2022) to get rid of my apron belly and while I'm nervous for the recovery as I'm well aware it will be worse than the lipo, I have complete faith that Dr. Bazell will give me nothing other than the best result possible. These changes are nothing short of life changing and I will continue to see Dr. Bazell for all future procedures.
