3 month update...
I’m still sore and swollen but the results are showing. This is just 1/4 of healing. Sleeping with my faja is more comfortable than without. The burning sensation is still there when I’m sitting too long or laying on my back yet it’s not half as bad as it was 3 weeks ago. I’m still getting massages 1x a week now , eating healthy and watching my salt intake. Stay encouraged ladies.

It’s a lot of itching going on ???? but seriously ladies my body is still very sore. I’m not surprise as I’ve done m my homework and knew what was to come. I’m just wishing time aka healing would hurry up ????. I look great tho ! Starting to fluff a bit and still getting massages. Stay encouraged hope the pics motivate as when I look in the mirror myself and get motivated ????
