Just Not Happy with my Tummy

I decided that Lipo 360 was for me, it was gonna handle all of my trouble areas.
I decided to go with Dr. Lewis because of the good energy his place and staff gave. At first Dr. Lewis was attentive and warm. He did suggest a tummy tuck due to some stretch Mark's that I have from my pregnancy. Of course I declined and we moved on from there. He answered more questions but his coordinator Lee is AMAZING. Her attitude is lovely and just all around positive. I spent more time conversating and dealing with her than I did the doctor.
I had the surgery on a Friday and went bck for a follow up on Monday and the appointment was over within 10 minutes. He didn't say much but that he took 3.5 liters from me, how long to wear the garment and some other things and left. Again, Lee had more to say to me, it was like that at all my appointments. I believe in total, I had 4 or 5 appointments.
Dr. Lewis didn't seem like the guy I met at consultation, it was weird, I didn't know how to respond to be honest... thankfully I had Lee. I do remember every appointment he would say, " you should have or i wish i could have done a tummy tuck"... Awkward thing to say, I'd say No or well I didn't want that, he would say yeah, i know.
Anyways, I wish I could say I love my results but I can't. My tummy is slightly oddly shaped and I still have fat there, its like I didn't do anything to my tummy.
I expected loose skin but I don't have that.
I have uneven fat at the top portion of my stomach, which sticks out from my bellybutton and the bottom is weird too. There was more fat taken from the bottom then the top, in my opinion. Don't get me wrong I'm not botched but I know I should look better then this.
I'm so frustrated that I didn't really voice myself that I didnt ask for a revision and at the same time, I believe I'm not comfortable with him.
