Happy’ish - 360 lipo, chin lipo and breast lift without implants
ORIGINAL POST
Happy’ish …
I’m 4 weeks post op - I did 360 lipo, chin lipo and breast lift without implants.
If you want a personable surgeon Dr Dogus isn’t your guy. He’s very quick in consultations some may say it’s abrupt. As others stated he spends 3/4 mins in the consultation. Overall this didn’t bother me too much, he answered all my questions that’s all I needed but it did feel like I was on a conveyor belt! I saw him 3 times once before and twice after.
My 360 lipo is ok. The waist is amazing but if you have back fat he isn’t your guy. I paid extra for upper back fat removal and I was made to sign a document stating that I have loose skin so the back rolls won’t go. My skin tightens well so I knew if he had taken it all then the skin would be fine. 4 weeks post op my swelling has majorly gone down and I can see the difference between swelling and fat. Sadly I still have a fat roll on each side. I’ve had 3 massages per week since the opp, I wear my compression 24/7, use tape to hold the skin, drink 2L of water and I follow a strict diet - I’m doing all the correct aftercare so it’s annoying having paid extra.
I’m happy with my boobs so far. They’re a good shape considering I have no implants. The sides have dropped a bit lower on the ends, you can see from the pictures but hopefully they’ll settle better as they’re still swollen. The scarring isn’t too bad and will get better. I use Vaseline everyday and vitamin E oil. I was scared of keloid scarring but I haven’t got that. My left areola is a bit larger than the left but it’s not too noticeable. He also cut into the right areola, which I assume was by accident as I can see the scar where he must’ve tried to sow it up. Hopefully there won’t be a crazy scar there once it heals.
Overall, Dr Dogus is nice and quite funny, the Clinichub team / nurses are nice and very responsive on whatsapp. The hospital nurses can’t speak English, so take someone with you! Some nurses were efficient but some took ages to come and help me out of bed to go to the toilet. I was in the hospital for 3 days. Also it’s easier to be with someone when you’re discharged and taken to the hotel. My bf had to come on day 3 and thank goodness because getting out of the hotel bed is a no no alone.
