Second Hand Smoking and Sun Exposure After Cheek Lipo

Hello! So I had my cheek lipo last week after I got lopofilling a few years ago. As I gained weight it got uneven and I wanted to get rid of it. Now I had my procedure in turkey but unfortunately my surgeon is not answering any of my questions. I had to get back to work quite soon and it is very hot so I was exposed to a lot of sun the last days. I’m wearing sunscreen but still I got a lot of sun on my face. At the same time my Co-workers are smoking a lot and I was exposed to second hand smoking. Also I was grocery shopping today and a guy blew a huge amount of smoke directly onto my face. Is there a chance towards healing complications? Thank you for your help!
