Great guy with great personality, staff was friendly and helpful but......
My experience was not great at all. Paid over $12K for full body lipo, upper/lower eye lids, and facial fat graph injection. 6 months later my eyes are now uneven, it literally looks like 2 separate people worked on my eyes. I have terrible deep scarring and excess skin on one, and can't fully close the other because two much skin was taken.
Also. 6 months later I still looked just as fat and could grab handfuls of fat everywhere, looks like nothing was done at all. He missed my back and under arm fat completely. I just paid 7K to have another lipo done here in the states at sonobello and this time it came out perfect.
I also have to have corrective blephroplasty on both eyes to correct symmetry and scarring.
He never even did the facial fat graph and it's probably a great thing otherwise I'd have more mess to fix.
Also beware, Dr. Castillo has a trick where he makes it seem like his internet is going in and out when he wants to end the video call.
My advice would be to stay patient and get it done the right way. It may be more expensive, but there is an old saying "you get what you pay for".

We understand that the price paid was significant, it's important to note that it was an All-inclusive package
It takes around 1 year to show the final results, and that's when we could make any revisions if needed. Doing them before, is very risky and could cause health issues.
