Very Frustrating

My experience so far is horrible! I’m scheduled to have surgery on the 28th, all but getting surgery funded has been a hassle. I went to labcorp and got blood work last Thursday, received a call stating all was well on Friday. Tuesday received another call saying lab work was good. Info not uploaded to portal!!! Monday had my doctor fax over medical clearance twice. They never got it!!! Today Wednesday, had my doctor fax it over again. Still haven’t received it. I uploaded it PDF. They got it and said they don’t believe my doctor filled it out because it’s not stamped nor does it have all my medical notes. The surgery has been paid for. If they needed all my records that should have been stated. This has been very frustrating. If I could get my money back I would
