Liposuction to flanks and lower back

I feel like I have no results.

Today is day 16 and I am in tears because I don’t think my surgeon took hardly any fat out. All I wanted was to be able to wear my pants, shorts and underwear comfortably and they look and feel the exact same on me as they did pre-surgery. $5000 was a lot of money to spend on no results.

10 Days Post Op
So today is 10 days post op and i'm feeling pretty good. I started walking 3 days post op and then this past Friday, I resumed lifting heavy weights and doing inclined fast walks on the treadmill. I plan on resuming my normal HIIT classes tomorrow evening.
I definitely still have swelling and I am wearing my spanx almost 100% of the time. Pain is almost completely gone but i am still tender in the flanks when i touch them or try to run/jump.
I still feel like my surgeon didn't take enough out but only time will tell!

So glad to see that we're on the same track. Can't lift weights though because I did my arms as well. About the flanks, I still feel like my surgeon didn't take enough like you BUT my sister who saw my body today said that my skin definitely looks like it's swollen and that it could go down more. So I do think that only time will tell!

Hi! So the weekend was a little blurry. I stopped taking my pain meds on Saturday (1 day post op) becaus they were making me feel nauseous and gross. I had my post op today and everything looks good. The pain is not bad at all and I returned to work. I’m assuming im swollen and i hope to continue to see a reduction with my flanks. I will continue to update as time goes on. :)

Thanks. I feel super swollen and uncomfortable. I'm trying to not get discouraged because i feel like he didnt lipo enough fat out but it's still early days and i need to trust the process i guess.

I feel the same but I do think it's us being impatient. The swelling can last for awhile :(

Same day, same lipo on the flank. I'm still like you, pretty unsure about the flanks and feel like maybe my surgeon didn't take out enough but seeing your pictures I'm thinking it really must be the swelling.
