Botched Surgery, Severe Complications, and No Accountability
I am very disappointed with the medical procedures I received at Chiroplastica. In 2020, I underwent a fat transfer and liposuction on my lower back, followed by a JPlasma treatment, all recommended by Dr. Ahmed Elsaftawy. Unfortunately, these procedures did not yield the expected results and led to severe complications.
The fat transfer resulted in significant deformities. Despite multiple attempts to contact Dr. Elsaftawy via email and registered letter, he did not respond until legal action was taken. This issue was partially addressed in 2022, two years after the surgery, following confirmation from multiple doctors that the procedure was unsuccessful.
The liposuction with JPlasma treatment caused persistent red marks and severe itching. Despite undergoing 15 Fotona laser sessions until 2024, these issues remain unresolved.
Dr. Elsaftawy only responded when legal action was taken. This situation is not just about cosmetic dissatisfaction but also about significant medical complications. Chiroplastica has not shown accountability for the distress caused.
