Use Extreme Caution

I had a nightmarish experience with Anire Okpaku at Airsculpt Austin. He left me with numerous irregularities across my abdomen, flanks, and chest - including deep dents, visible cannula tracks, and unnatural waviness. He created a large depression on the left side of my abdomen, hollowed out the area around and beneath my belly button leaving only a tiny “ring” and over-resected the region between my chest and stomach, leaving me with a "bulging" abdominal contour. One of my pecs was also over-corrected, resulting in asymmetry.

He has admitted in follow ups that my result is poor, but offered numerous excuses - men take longer to heal, thin people don’t heal as well, their skin tightening procedure “burns your internal tissue,” etc.

This doctor is overly aggressive and in my experience careless. I am now on the hook for possibly 6 figures in repair work. This is a very difficult problem to address. Be very careful!
