Don't waste your money

This was the worst experience ever! Total rip off ! Dr.Snyder performed (or was supposed to perform) Lipo on my my abdomen, pubic area, braline area, and underarm area..I did not have much fat but just needed a little sculpting. I came out looking EXACTLY the same. It was as if I paid for him I go on lunch break. Came in for my follow up and could tell right away from looking at my before and after photos it needs to be revised. He made me wait 6 months for the revision. Prior to the revision we discussed my concerns and what he would be doing. The day before I called to ask about pain meds and was advised that he was not going to give me any and I could just take Motrin which I cannot take because I have ulcers, so the rude lady on the phone told me I could just take Tylenol. Then I spoke with Dr Snyder to confirm what we were doing he next day and it was completely different then what we discussed. So needless to say I got there the morning of the surgery , the doctor told me he would do what he felt comfortable doing and did just that..nothing ! The staff was rude the entire time , throughout this whole ordeal (after they got my money) they would just randomly cancel my follow up and reschedule for whenever they felt like it. They have no regard or my time, and do not value my time at all. They have a sister office in Vacaville where I live because Napa is a pretty long commute for me, so I requested that I go see one of the other doctors in the Vacaville office (and I feel like seeing him again is jut a waste of my time) but they just refuse!! The biggest mistake Dr.Klinks office ever made was merging it the Napa office ..they are rude and totally don't care about customer satisfaction, or the results they get. I'm just shocked !!
