i do not recommend this doctor or the surgery center she now works at - prestige plastic surgery
I had elective plastic surgery with Dr DeLeon. I had the liposuction360 procedure - full back and full abdomen including flanks.First I was put in the wrong sized post op garment. The garment was way too big and caused fluid to build up in my back and my abdomen, causing 3 seromas. I had 120ML of fluid drained from my body yesterday, April 6 2021 by Nurse Nike Odansaya.Second, I was given two prescriptions - a schedule II pain med (Percocet) and an antibiotic (Clindamycin). After four days and my family visiting six pharmacies, they were finally able to fill the prescription for the Clindamycin. However, every pharmacy they visited stated the schedule II drug could not be obtained. I went to a hospital in Atlanta, Emory, and attempted to fill the schedule II drug there. However i was told because she is a Florida doctor, they could not accept the prescription. It's been 7 full days and I have not slept, I can barely walk, can't sit down for a long time, and I cant get the massages that's required to help the lymphatic system drain the excess fluid because no one can touch me. It hurts so bad. The protein is starting to harden up under my skin which caused fibrosis. Not only were both she and her coordinator rude to me when I called even after they could both hear my stressed out tear filled voice, but she blamed all of this on me. I asked her why did you prescribe me something I cannot get filled anywhere. She had no answer.
