Office review: disrespect against LGBTQ

Not good. Waste of my time. I sat through the financial presentation with the office representative. I paid $2500 up front, in advance. After my card was charged I get an email stating the doctor cannot do surgery on transgender patients. I am embarrassed, disappointed and demoralized after this experience. These people could not have the decency and professional courtesy to call me and explain why. All I can say is they are judgemental and unprofessional. Avoid.
