I wanted to post images. I would love any feedback. Maybe it will go down but for the doctor to recommend cool sculpting right after didn't make sense to me after spending almost 6k on this surgery. Im open to feedback as well as this is my first time going under surgery. I also did a strict diet after surgery to really keep the best results.

Hi sorry for your disappointment. I understand your concerns because I can hardly tell which pic is before or after. I’ve not heard of dr offering coolsculpt after lipo. But swelling does impact everyone differently and yours could be unique and giving it time will help see results. I find it unbelievable how some ladies look runway ready after lipo and some look same or bigger. I was told swelling lasts 6 months. I would recommend daily walking for 20-30 mins to get lymph moving and get some professional lymphatic massages help with swelling. Dry brushing also helps move lymph, Google manual lymphatic massage and you’ll learn a lot. I’ve been researching for if I ever get brave enough like you! You’re beautiful & I pray your body heals beautifully. Stay on your dr with your concerns because the squeaky wheel always gets taken care of - blessings to you in your recovery.
Thank you so much for your kind words. Ive been walking for one hour a day and started working out again in the gym. I did a few massages but it was expensive so I started using oils everyday to help with moving the lymph. Ill deff update this in the next few months.
Lipo/cool sculpting can only remove subcutaneous fat, which is superficial. It cannot remove visceral fat, it's just too deep, only diet and exercise will work. Cool sculpting/lipo are for people who are at their ideal weight and just need a little help with subcutaneous fat being removed. Unfortunately, not all docs will explain this to you, hence this site and googling. The other thing is our body frame; I'm 5'6 and 140lbs, I asked doc for lipo and a very small waist, he told me it can't be done, my organs/rib cage are just to big to achieve that 36-24-36 look...it's something I just have to accept. I did get the lipo anyways along with a BBL last month in TJ. At least you have a better proportion body. Just keep the working out ,eating healthy or smaller portions and you'll lose that stubborn fat and have the body you want. Good luck!

Disappointed in Results from a Celebrity Doctor

I'm two months post-op and the doctor offered me CoolSculpting on my post-surgery follow-up. I felt like I was taken advantage of, and the job wasn't done. I've explained my concerns about my results but they keep telling me to just wait a few months. I paid for the bra flap and the flanks and both don't look any different. Yes of course the belly has gone down, but the just doesn't look complete. I was looking forward to this being a new beginning but instead, I feel like I was taken advantage of and the job was not done to the best it could of. Not to mention after surgery was a nightmare. They gave me a piece a paper with little information and basically just had me on my way with no aftercare, or support. It was quite shameful how they treated me after I paid, and received the surgery. I complained and finally was connected to someone on the staff that had compassion for the situation. I would not recommend this doctor and his team. Beautiful location, and nice doctor but disappointment in results.
