Office Review: She is fully booked until 2020. I did not agree with this

BAD REVIEW DR MEDINA AND HER ASSISTENT MARIEL Asistente de Medina

I want to share with you my bad experience which I unfortunately have with Dr. Medina and her assistant. 04-2019 I sent a message to the medina assistense because I wanted to do my body, and found medina a good doctor for that. May 8, I transferred a deposit of 500 us dollars to them. my sugery date was 1 July and 27 June I would fly to Dominican Republic. without June 23 I had a car accident in which my ribs and vertebrae were bruised. I still suffer from this. my car has been declared totally loose and I am unemployed. I worked in disabled care. I indicated this to Medina's assistant immediately when I got home (Sunday, June 23). to which her answer was that I could not get another date because Medina is fully booked until 2020. I did not agree with this because I did not believe the first instance, I have already made a down payment and this is actually impotence. Mariel (assistant of Medina) responded that she would see if doctor medina would stop me somewhere.

Days / weeks passed and I got no response from Mariel. I appatted her and she completely ignored me. I felt really powerless. I really didn't like why I was treated that way. I did not go there unsolicited to get hit. I sent Mariel another message and received no response, so I approached Medina myself. I explained my situation and told me that Mariel ignored me and that I now do not know what to do. I indicated that I don't believe there was room for me until 2020. I asked if there was room for me in October / November. Dr. medina told me she would look and discuss what they could mean for me.

A few hours later I finally got a response from Mariel after days saying she didn't mean to ignore me (she was online all the time) and she was waiting for someone to change his date or something so that she could give it to me again. I indicated that I cannot just leave 1,2,3 and I need to know this well in advance.

After a few days I heard nothing from Medina nor her assistant where I was fed up and sent her a message asking me for my money, medina responded with deposit you will not get back and her assistant did not respond at all. (What I was already used to from her)

I still did not believe that Medina was fully booked until 2020. She is also best known and not really see many topics about her in the groups. So I thought I'd create a fake account and send her assistant a message for a lipo and bbl and ask if they still had room in October, to which her answer was YES. I asked if she had a specific date and she said "after the first week of October any date you want"

You understand that there is intense anger in me. I really don't feel taken seriously. And certainly not from Dr. medina, she also plays the entire game. Fortunately I have screenshots of everything and you can read how "nicely" they treat me. And what kind of empathy they show. I don't want to be helped by them anymore. I just want my money back. I've already lost everything. The only thing I really wanted was my operation.

What I also think is that Medina should lower its deposit price to $ 250. Because if there's something wrong with someone and they want to change the date (and it can't be done for some reason) then it will only cost you $ 250 instead of 500. See all the screenshot I have left here.
