Consultation review - Review your documents carefully

Upon making my deposit for my procedures one month prior to surgery, AirSculpt personnel said they were going to call and collect the remaining payment seven days prior to surgery. I did not receive a call seven days prior to surgery as promised. So I called the following Monday and left a voicemail. This was 5 days prior to surgery. I have had cosmetic procedures at other places where clinic staff is in constant contact with patients. Not with AirSculpt. Due to finding AirSculpt's action concerning, I researched them and found surprising information from reliable sources. Due to the many complaints I found (lawsuits and a death claim), I decided to get my procedures done elsewhere. My safety comes first. Word of advice, research this company; ask your PCP, dermatologist, medical provider friends where you should go for your cosmetic procedure, or where they would send their love ones. After requesting AirSculpt to refund my deposit (~$2,000), AirSculpt (Washington, DC) said my deposit will be forfeited due surpassing the 7 day refund policy. My acknowledgment was email to me with several documents of pages for signature. Review your documents carefully, if you seek treatment here.
