A Consultation for a 15k Procedure is Not Worth 2 Mins of Explanation Time...
What I just experienced at XSculpt/Dr Anh-Tuan’s office for a consultation is beyond dismissive and unprofessional!! This office schedules a consultation and the doctor comes in the explain a posted dual procedure (liposuction/chest fix) he has clearly listed on his website. There was no surprise there. It was very clear what services he was offering and what I would be paying/receiving in return. I was happy and ready to schedule surgery asap.
The big problem arose when he decided to start up selling me on a couple other procedures which his time of incompetent staff took THREE visits in the office to price out and explain. At this point I was still planning on setting up the original 2 procedures which had pricing on his website. The third elective very costly add on was not described in detail by the doctor and I just wanted clarification from the surgeon....not the staff.
This is where things got peculiar. Two separate nurses move me into three offices waiting on my 2 min question from the doctor on my proposed 15k procedure! After waiting I am told that the doctor is too busy for the rest of the day to explain the surgery technique of the costly add on procedure??? I have been kept waiting over 20 mins to ask a 2 minute clarification This after I have taken time off from work to come visit this surgeons office?? The cap of my day is when the office manager SHOOS me out of the door by saying that she is sorry my day was wasted but instead I should get my procedure done by the previous doctor I had a consultation with??? All because I wanted to know the scope and expected results of a 5-6k add on procedure? In a nutshell, this is a "take it or take it" type of treatment I received at this establishment. Asking a question on an additional procedure which I was prepared to pay ANYWAY in order to get my surgeries done asap got me the "Pretty Woman"..."Get out of our business now, your money's no good here treatment." I am a real estate developer and my time is as valuable as a plastic surgeon. This was a giant waste of time.
There are MANY other places to spend 15k on elective surgery. This ENTIRELY unprofessional doctor and his dismissive staff made me never want to visit Dr. Anh-Tuan Truong/XSculpt ever again.
